Creating balance in one’s life is an important step toward feeling not just better, but well and whole. This starts with considering the most basic elements: sleep, nutrition, exercise, work, social and spiritual life. Creating balance and harmony among these important elements leads to a happier and more peaceful existence.
Another crucial step is learning to care for yourself gently and well and treating yourself with the deep compassion usually reserved for others.
